What exactly do I get?
Instant digital downloads: the startup guide (30-page PDF + editable Word), the policy manual (editable Word + 21-page PDF), and editable form templates. Nothing is shipped. Right after checkout you go straight to your download page, where you can download your files instantly. Bookmark that page to download again later.
Can I edit the templates and add my logo?
Yes. The templates open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice (free). Bracketed fields mark where your agency name and details go.
Is this legal advice? Will it guarantee my registration?
No. These are educational resources and templates. They are not legal, tax, or clinical advice and don't guarantee approval by any state agency. Have an attorney review your documents, and confirm current requirements with the state.
I'm not in Connecticut. Is it still useful?
The template pack works in any state. The startup guide is specific to Connecticut. The policy manual is organized around Connecticut requirements but structured so you can adapt it. Compare it against your own state's rules.
Does this cover skilled nursing / home health agencies?
Yes. The startup guide covers both paths: the non-medical homemaker-companion registration with CT DCP and the home health care agency license from the Department of Public Health, with a side-by-side comparison. The policy manual template is written for non-medical agencies.
Can I share the files with others?
Your license covers use within your own agency, including your staff. You can't resell or redistribute the templates. See the terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. See our refund policy. If a file is defective or doesn't open, or you bought the same item twice, contact us within 14 days.
When will the CareCharted Log app be available?
It's in development. A working prototype exists, but it won't take real client health information until security and HIPAA hosting requirements are met. Join the early-access list and we'll let you know.
Do you offer consulting or calls?
No. Everything here is self-serve and digital, so you can work at your own pace.
